Blaine received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and a Master of Science degree specializing in Oral Microbiology from the University of Manitoba.
He has been involved in the teaching of Dental Anatomy & Occlusion and Operative Dentistry for over 30 years. He is currently a Professor and an Assistant Dean at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
